You should know that buying land is not just buying because, if you do not know how to evaluate the location, you will invest your money for a long time with the lowest return. So you need to be good at evaluating the place!

The question is, how can you know if a location is good or bad?

I have some points to share with you so you can identify good land locations to buy and sell for a profit, but I don't expect you to always follow all of them because not all land locations fit the criteria. Therefore, just take the idea to analyze whenever you go to the real practice.

- There is a road to the land: Whether the road is good or not, as long as there is a road, you can have a lot of opportunities for developing. Also, keep in mind that land with a road running through it will attract people to live nearby, even if no one is living there when you buy it. The land where the road is located can be developed for profit. You can grow fruits, you can farm, or you can create a town for people nearby. Roads are very important for people and animals, so this is the crucial point for you to consider first. When the government builds or widens a road, your land price will definitely double or triple. Land with roads is a place to attract water and electricity supplies from the government; then the land will be more valuable.

- Land with water resources: You already know that when buying a hectare of land in the province, it is clear that there is no access to water or electricity. For electricity, it's not so important because nowadays we can use solar energy instead, but for water, it's the most important. We do not have rainwater harvesting, and we can not wait for the angels to drop rain from the sky as we wish. So the thing we should look at is whether the land has a canal or not. If not, does the land have steam? If not, can we dig a pond or drill a well to store water? If not, you should further consider it. Not only crops or animals, but also humans, find it difficult to live in that environment. But it is not forbidden to buy them, because some crops can also be grown on soil that does not breathe water, such as cashews, which are resistant to heat and drought.

- Undeveloped land: This is a kind of land full of forest or tall grasses. The land where the rabbis are thrown. There are many hills, high and low pits, no fences, no crops, and so on. When you clean and develop this type of land, its beauty will undoubtedly attract people. And the price at the time of purchase is also cheap, but after decoration, it will increase the price considerably.
