Check the government's development projects

Before buying a plot of land, you should investigate whether there is an economic boom in that area. Does the government have any development projects around there?

The question is: how should you investigate?

If possible, you should meet with the village and commune chiefs in that area to find out about the development projects that the higher government has submitted to the village, commune, and district, such as:

- Construction and expansion of infrastructure (roads)

 - Project to establish market, school, hospital, pagoda

- Preparatory project for the water resource and electricity system

- Agricultural capital projects and export of products from local people

- General development projects, entertainment places, resorts ...

           For the above projects, if any, the head of the Royal Government will issue an official declaration to the subordinates, so the people who can give us this information are mostly village and commune chiefs. In addition to meeting with the village and commune administrations, you can survey some residents about the security situation in the development areas and their general living conditions. When you go to ask for the information, if you have some gifts to give them, it will be even better.

           After getting some information, it will be easier for you to make the right decision. But keep in mind that not all the information you receive is 100% accurate, so do not focus too much on it; you should look at the situation with your own intellect.
