Check the development project of the villagers

At this point, you need to look around for at least 1 kilometer around the land you want to buy in order to be able to assume that those areas will be developed by the government and local villagers.

As you drive along the road, you will see the road conditions, the living conditions of the people (their main business), and the development of the villages, such as the establishment of farms or other related activities such as the export and import of products, etc.

Why do you need to think so much?

Of course, it is not much; if you observe directly, it may take only 2 to 3 hours. And if you know that there is a lot of economic potential in the area nearby, there will definitely be a lot of profit opportunities. On the other hand, if you do it for a long time, or sometimes you just pass through an area, you can understand the economy of that area easily. This knowledge will help you have a magical eye to evaluate a good land location, and it will benefit you the most. If you buy land without first inspecting and evaluating it, you risk putting your money to sleep (no profit return).
