5 ways to make you fall asleep faster

1. Don’t use your phone before sleeping

You shouldn’t use your smart phone before going to bed for at least 30 minutes. The white or blue screen of your phone will not make you sleep faster.
Your eyes and brain may work automatically for 30 to 60 minutes, even though you've already taken away your smart phone. The better way you should do is turn off it or keep it out of your hands before you go to bed 30 – 60 minutes.

2. Reading a good book

A book not only provides you with knowledge but is also the best way to make you feel relaxed and sleepy. I recommend you to read book before you go to bed 1 or 2 hours. For example, if you go to bed at 11 o’clock, you should start reading a book at 9 or 10. You may get some knowledge, feel entertaining and also make you a good sleep as well.

3. Doing meditation

Throughout the day, you may meet many problems, so you might have some good and bad feelings. Your mind will not be under control. The best way to keep your mind peaceful is to do meditation. You may feel fresh and relaxed. Exactly, your brain will also work pretty well.

4. Writing your clear plans for tomorrow

You need to write your tomorrow duties in advance in order not to let your brain think before sleeping. Doing this, it can avoid your brain disturb your mind; you can sleep peacefully.

5. Think about your achievement this whole day

You need to remind yourself that today you’ve done something good. Your appreciation will make you feel happy, and you can also sleep with happiness.
