6 Things make you unable to sleep

1. Think about your faults before you go to sleep

Whenever you fail, you may blame yourself. You hate yourself. You despise everyone around you. You may not know that failure is the lesson, and it is the most important lesson.

Sometimes you cannot learn from school. Just let it go. The thing that you need to do is not make the same mistake for the next step.

2. Addicting to games

You may feel happy when you play a game, but you may not know that it will make you unable to sleep. It will have a negative impact on your health. If you play, don’t play too much, especially before sleeping for 30 to 60 minutes.

3. Watching movies

Movies exactly make you addicted. Yes, it’s enjoyable somehow. It makes you happy, but it mainly keeps you from sleeping.

4. Excessive phone usage

Your phone is not really good for your health. Even though you use it to gain benefits or whatever, it's still harmful to your health.

5. There is no clear goal for a new day

Sometimes you need to think too much before sleeping because you don’t know what to do tomorrow. That is why you should set a specific goal (your responsibilities) for tomorrow. Don’t let your brain work too much on unimportant tasks, even if you can do them in a minute.

6. There is no clear life goal

It is critical to have a clear long-term goal in mind, not just for daily tasks. What is that? It is your life goal. That is something you should have in order to avoid overthinking. A clear life goal makes you smart and energetic.
